We are recruiting 8–12 independent Quality Managers, engineers and investigators for moderated task testing. This is research, not a testimonial exercise, and no positive feedback or purchase is expected.
WHAT YOU WILL REVIEW
One CAPA history task.
Observed from start to finish.
A session normally takes 45–60 minutes. You may use labelled sample data, so confidential customer or employer records are not required. We observe completion, time, questions, errors and objections rather than asking for general praise.
Make the human decision
Review why each record appeared and record Accept, Maybe or Reject with an evidence-based reason.
Hand evidence back
Prepare a source-linked pack and judge whether it is clear enough to attach to an existing QMS record.
Who we are looking for
English-speaking manufacturing quality professionals with direct experience of NCR, CAPA, complaint, audit or investigation work. We will select a varied group across career stages, industries and levels of AI familiarity; applying does not guarantee selection.
Research and privacy boundary
Participation is voluntary. We will explain the task, recording choice and intended use before the session. No name, employer, quote, result or case study will be published without separate explicit written approval.
