Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, work email, company, company size, approximate quality-event volume and stated quality challenge. We may also collect correspondence, meeting notes and technical information sent by your browser.

Customer workspaces

For contracted services, the customer normally acts as controller and RepeatProof acts as processor for authorised-user data and scoped quality records. The permitted data, purpose, region, access roles, retention and deletion instructions are agreed before customer data is accepted. Personal data in manufacturing quality records should be removed unless expressly required and agreed.

LinkedIn company Page publishing

When the RepeatProof owner connects a LinkedIn company Page to Atlas, we receive the Page identifier and name, the connecting account’s approved Page role, the permissions granted and an OAuth credential. Atlas uses this information only to verify the Page connection and publish content that has completed Draft → Review → Approve and received a separate owner confirmation.

The credential is encrypted before server-side storage and is never returned to the browser. It is removed when the Page is disconnected or when an unrenewable connection expires. We retain non-secret audit evidence—such as who approved or requested publication, time, outcome, provider reference and failure code—as a business and security record. Atlas does not request LinkedIn messages, connections or profile-contact data for this feature.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, qualify the requested service, arrange meetings, prepare proposals and maintain appropriate business records. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before a contract and our legitimate interest in operating and improving our business.

Sharing and international transfers

We use carefully selected service providers for hosting, authentication, email delivery, scheduling, analytics and payment processing. They process information only for agreed purposes. The current categories and service boundary are published on our subprocessor page. Approved public posts and the minimum connection data required to publish them are sent to LinkedIn under LinkedIn’s platform terms. Where information is transferred outside the UK, we use an appropriate legal safeguard.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months. Customer and contractual records may be retained for up to seven years where required for legal, tax or business-record purposes. Workspace content follows the customer-specific retention and deletion schedule in the order and DPA.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where applicable. Contact us using the address above. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We will update this notice when our processing or service providers materially change.
