ABOUT REPEATPROOF

Manufacturing experience.
Quality intelligence with boundaries.

RepeatProof is a UK-based manufacturing quality-intelligence business built around a simple idea: your quality system should remember what your organisation has learned. We help quality teams turn fragmented history into usable evidence without replacing the QMS or taking decisions away from accountable people.

WHY REPEATPROOF EXISTS

Your quality history should
work harder.

Manufacturers have invested in QMS, ERP and document-control systems. Those systems remain essential—but they do not always connect related events, expose the full cost of recurrence or reduce the preparation burden around CAPA, audits and management review.

RepeatProof creates usable Quality Memory around those systems. It surfaces related events, previous actions and recurring patterns while the official record and every consequential decision remain with the customer.

01

Observe the real workflow

Start with the work quality professionals actually perform, not a generic AI use case.

02

Agree the evidence boundary

Define approved sources, named users, prohibited decisions and the authoritative system.

03

Measure before configuration

Record current effort, event volume, failure cost and lead time before making a value claim.

04

Scale only after proof

Production is recommended only when the customer-reviewed outcome supports it.

THE EXPERIENCE BEHIND RepeatProof

Built by a quality professional.
Shaped by manufacturing.

RepeatProof combines practical manufacturing-quality leadership with governed AI. The product starts with the realities of customer complaints, audits, CAPA, cost, delivery and accountable decision-making—not a generic technology use case.

OUR PROOF POLICY

Trust grows from
specific evidence.

RepeatProof is early-stage. That should be visible, not disguised. These rules govern what appears on this website and in sales material.

01

No invented social proof

Customer logos, quotations and case studies appear only with explicit approval.

02

No implied certification

ISO, AS and IATF references describe customer environments—not RepeatProof certifications.

03

Models stay labelled

Illustrative calculations remain separate from observed or customer-verified results.

04

Limitations stay visible

Every pilot defines excluded decisions, data boundaries and conditions for scaling.

Current evidence status

RepeatProof is building its first customer-reviewed evidence base. Anonymised before-and-after measures will be published only when the customer has approved the methodology and disclosure. Until then, representative scenarios are clearly marked as illustrative.

Judge the method
before the company size.

Tell us about your operation and we’ll review whether the scope, evidence standard and governance approach are a credible fit.
