- Open the RepeatProof customer sign-in page.
- Enter the email address used for your customer invitation and your password.
- Select Sign in. You will enter only the customer environments assigned to your account.
- If the password is forgotten, select password recovery, open the newest recovery email and use that link once.
- If a recovery link has expired or has already been used, request a fresh link rather than reusing the old one.

- Choose Compliant, Non-Compliant or N/A, then classify applicable findings as Major, Minor or OFI.
- Save progress throughout the audit and submit for approval after all required questions are complete.
- Assign owners and due dates to findings and monitor overdue corrective actions.
- Select Analyse to review plan completion, repeat findings, overdue closures, high-risk coverage and evidence readiness.
- Export the audit report and retain the approval history with the record.

- Use Challenge this analysis to record a correction request with the run ID and source manifest inside the workspace.

- Open Report or Presentation for a controlled output. Saved analyses remain available inside that record.
